why eset ip blocked?

38.90.226.28 is eset ip but eset firewall blocked this ip what's reason?

This happened to me when I went into IDS advanced options - packet inspection and enable the "Check TCP connection status" option. That needs to remain disabled for Eset to properly perform its local proxy UDP uploads and downloads. Also Win 10 will not work properly with that setting enabled. Note that by default, the setting is disabled.
