Email setup on Web front end

On trying to set the email section to report on errors etc., I get a red pop up box advising me of an insufficient argument.

 

I have used different ports, TLS, my email account and password, smtp server address and on testing get the error message.

 

I'm not experienced enough to know why I am getting this, other than somewhere on my setup I have inserted wrong information
