Create a New Report Templates for Web Control

Hi All,

 

I have created a new report templates for web control, but unfortunately it wont work(does not showing any report).

 

Can anyone tell me, how to create it. I wanted to generate the report for blocked as well as allowed sites.

Hello, in order to collect webcontrol logs and be able to generate reports from them, you have to adjust all Webcontrol rules to "warning/error" severity. Othervise ERA won't collect web control entries.

Also be aware that all ERA components (including SERVER and AGENT) will start to collect this type of log once they receive notification that you have created first webcontrol report template. You won't be able to see events (logs) that were generated in the past -> that may be reason that you do not see any data in newly created report.
