Poweeshell as VIRUS after update

It really bothered me a lot. Please I need an advice what am I going to do with it. The powershell in my windows 7's ESET Anti-virus classified as virus. I want to delete the powershell, but how??? It seems that a malicious powershell script starts on your computer which is subsequently detected in memory and blocked. Do you have v9 or at least v8 installed and LiveGrid enabled? Have you run a full disk scan? If so, was malware detected?
