Token signing extension cant be added to secure browser

I add extension needed to sign stuff to the secure browser, so i cant pay my bills. The extension is "Token signing", i can add it to normal chrome but when i try to add it to the secure browser then it says „CRX_FILE_NOT_READABLE” and because of that i cant sign payments, how can i fix this?

Is that extension provided by your bank or where could we obtain it from?
