Banking and payment protection exception

I need to find a way to get Eset to allow me to go directly to my Capital One bank.  It says Capital One has a suspicious extension.  I need to find a way to get Estet to accept Capital One's address and let me go directly there without having to battle it every time.

You could try adding it as an exclusion using the steps found on our Knowledgebase here: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb2960/ look for the step on using wildcards as that could help resolve the issue you're currently having.
