2. not categorized
3. not resolved

They are more-less self-explanatory: Miscellaneous - categorized websites that don't fall into any other category, Not categorized - websites that haven't been categorized yet, Not resolved - categorization of websites that could not be resolved, e.g. if the connection with a Parental control server failed.
