Firewall stops printing of shared printers

Hello,

I have a problem with shared printers.Users who use the shared printer cant print because of the firewall.I tried to create different rules but i had to include ip addresses of users but i want to create policy in era 6.3.1 which i can assign to all users without including each ip address of every user.Can u help me?
