Maximum protection

Dears all,,

I do upgrade from 5.2 to the latest release 6.4 on network ,,then i applied Maximum protection policy to my client ,, my issue is that ,clients complaint that there is delay on their PCs..knowing that advance heuristics of real time file system was enabled on the previous configuration ..

So pllllllzzz advice which feature in maximum protection may have performance impact ...

I see that the "Maximum security" policy has Advanced heuristics and Runtime packers enabled on file access. However, having LiveGrid enabled and working should minimize the impact when files are run from a local disk. Could you confirm that the innocuous CloudCar test file is detected as Suspicious object upon download?
