NGSAlicante 0 Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 Hello, I have a problem. Antitheft was activated because someone tried to acces to my phone. The problem is that I dont know the specifical security password of Anti-Theft to enable my phone again. I got into https://anti-theft.eset.com/devicesand I disabled Anti-Theft in the smartphone I have associated, and after I delete it to try to acces to my smartphone, but the problem is that everytime I power on smartphone it stills appearing the screen which sask me to write that security password. How can I solve this? I have been searching in my ESET account too many times and I havent found how to change that "security password" and all smartphones associated were disabled and deleted. Former ESET Employees Katarina 3 Posted August 18, 2016 Former ESET Employees Posted August 18, 2016 Hello, if you have deleted your device from my.eset.com account and you will have to enter a passwrod, uninstall ESET Mobile Security and then install ESET Mobile S. on your device. After installing it, enable Anti-Theft on your smartfone. You will enter a new security password and connect your smartfone to my.eset.com account.
