virus signatures up to date message, but they are not

Can you please help? When I try to update the virus signatures or the ESS program, I get the message that the signatures or program are up to date, but they are not. The last update I have is 13849, the latest on Virusradar is 13860 or so.

 

I have attached the logs from Eset Log Collector

This is a cracked version of ESET. Cracked versions receive updates with the very lowest priority and therefore such machines are more vulnerable to malware attacks. Please uninstall ESET. If you decide to continue using ESET, purchase a license, activate ESET and it will update alright.

Wow, I didn't realise that. Thank you for the information, I will certainly try to persuade the owner to purchase a licence for this.  I'm surprised that it updates at all!
