ESET Mail Security block emails

Hi team,

Problem with ESET Mail Security  6.3 on Exchange Server 2010 all the outgoing and inbound emails are getting blocked.

 

Resolve this issue only : Disabling the ESET Filtering Agent and ESET Filtering AV Agent

 

Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
