I'm also having this issue and link provided did not help.

It says that both the ESET Personal Firewall is active with the Windows Firewall, the installation of ESET should have disabled the Windows Firewall to prevent conflicts but this did not happen.

I manually disabled the Windows Firewall and I'm not sure if the ESET Personal Firewall is fully functioning.

Also there is no info that ESET is managing these settings.

We still haven't got any screen shot of your firewall setup. Please post one or two for better understanding of what you're seeing on your machine.

ESET SS 9 Setup is default.

i already sent log file to head office via ESET Korea. still not received answer from ESET.

i think i already enough explained my situation. screenshot will not help.

i'm not professional. but not a rookie about Anti-Malware systems.

irrespective of any ESET firewall setting. basically if ESET firewall is ON. necessarily Windows Firewall shutdown by ESET.

but, in my case, my ESET SS 9 didn't that.

i already many times did re-install Windows & ESET. i'm tired now.

I've replied in https://forum.eset.com/topic/9058-eset-user-support/. I'm sure that screen shots of the Firewall setup from your computer would help better understand what you mean.

This problem seems to be solved with version 10.0.359.1 for me.
