Is it dangerous to block the connection ekrn.exe to the address 192.168.1.1:53?

IP 192.168.1.1 is an IP address from your router.

Port 53 is for DNS server.

I would not block it, but try it to see what happens. If something breaks, just unblock it.

Ekrn connects to certain ESET's servers by hostnames so it's not wise to block that DNS communication.
