ESET Agent installation failed

Dear All,

in our company we use since 1 year ESET Remot Administrator Server and since now it worked very well.

But now we have a problem with the ERA Agent:

We formatteted and old pc with Widnows XP SP3 and when we deploy the agent from the Server the task starts

then the server shows "Task finished successfully"

but on the pc the Agent isn't installed (no ESET folder under C:\Program Files\  and no Programs to uninstall from the Control Panel) and the proccess, obviusly, doesn't exist.

I checked all the reasons that are wrote there.

It's the first time that it happened a problem like this.

 

How can I do to fix it?

 

I'm really frustrated :(

Could you please check and attach installation log that should be located in %temp%\ra-agent-install.log on client machine? It will be most probably located in one of system temporary directories.

I could install the Agent locally finally.

 

But there's another problem:

And if I install the software manually and i tried to activeted from ERAS:

And also if I try to activate manually it gave me an error.

 

 

What's the problem??

Software installation failed because it was not able to download installation package from repository.eset.com. This specific error indicates some kind of network problem .. maybe it is not even able to resolve DNS name.

 

Activation failed, because it was executed before security product installation was detected. Is this AGENT already reporting any endpoint security related data, for example virus database version? In case yes, re-run activation task.
