Our business affected with ransomware... is possible to block from ESET...?

Hello,

please email the output from ESET Log Collector to samples[at]eset.com with a short description of the problem. Before collecting logs, also select "Recently quarantined files". Also include a couple of examples of encrypted files (ideally Office documents with non-sensitive information) as well as a file with payment instructions.
