ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted June 30, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted June 30, 2016 Hello, It seems to be a problem (known issue) which is specific to the ERA appliance. Please follow the steps in this forum post, to resolve it: https://forum.eset.com/topic/8061-workstations-showing-up-as-unmanaged-in-era-63-and-task-timing-issue/?p=43028 Also, please be aware, that agent - server communication is always initiate by agent, so it´s the agent who connects. Issue could be fixed by the restarting the server, as then, the webconsole data showing "last connected time" gets updated.

I’m done with the backup, where should I put the 2 libraries or how to path the libraries so that I can restore it. Thanks
ESET Staff MartinK 375 Posted July 1, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted July 1, 2016 Basically you should replace files: /opt/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/DataMiners.so /opt/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/Network.so with files provided in referenced package. Hardest part is most probably moving files to linux -> you may use any SCP client, for example WinSCP. There is also README.TXT file in package with example of commands to be used as there is required some post-processing.
