ESET NOD32 no data transfer to HP Latex 360

Hi!

 

Our new printer, HP Latex 360 arrived yesterday.

We have ONYX Rip software to send jobs to the printer, but when i send the data it's pending on zero.

I tried to add ONYX to the exeptions but it didn't help.

I tried to turn off ESET but it didn't help.

I removed ESET and it's works fine.

Is there any better solution for this problem?

We use windows 7 with

ESET Endpoint Antivirus
Business Edition.
