JonoJP 0 Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Hi we are using User Profile Disks on our Terminal Servers and unfortunately this method of storing the Users Profiles seems to be a bit flakey. If the UPD. If the UPD is not available or already open when the user logs in then they will get a backup or temp profile created. On trying to clean up the temp and backup profiles I am stuck as I cannot delete the temp profile EG C:\Users\TEMP.APP.024\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data is being held open by process C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET File Security\x86\ekrn.exe I have tried disabling the AV but this does not seem to release the file. Could you advise on how to resolve this
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted June 29, 2016 Administrators Posted June 29, 2016 This should be addressed soon via a Cleaner module update. It will be put on pre-release update servers within this week and later released for general public.
