HIPS Disabled in NOD32 v7 Beta with Windows 8.1

I just installed NOD32 7.0.104.0 (x64) [beta] on a clean installation of Windows 8.1 but the HIPS shows a red dot that it is disabled even though when I click on it and enter setup. it shows it is enabled. What gives? how to fix this?

oh nevermind I just saw a similar post for ESS and that Eset will have this ready around October

Should be all good now, new moduals are out with win 8.1 support.
