interos 0 Posted June 25, 2016 Posted June 25, 2016 Would love to start testing on macOS 10.12. Has a roadmap been published for the next version of macOS?
ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,178 Posted June 27, 2016 ESET Moderators Posted June 27, 2016 Hello Interos, We do not have currently an open BETA for ESET Cyber Security (Pro) – our product for macOS, but we plan one in the future, it will be announced via the ESET Security Forum as well. Regards, P.R.
chipped 0 Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 I'd also like to test as I'm currently Beta testing macOS Sierra. Thank you.
adhocs 0 Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 Hello i would be also interested to test the future version of eset cybersecurity pro running under Sierra. Thanking you in advance, Arnaud Ps i'm a listed apple developer.
MatzeKS 0 Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 macOS Sierra is out since more than 3 weeks. When can we expect an beta of ESET Cybersecurity ? Thanks
chipped 0 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 I see that 6.2.6.0 now works in macOS Sierra. It shows a message in the installer saying it's only intended for use up to 10.11 but gives you an option to continue. Cheers, will report any issues I find.
Enzuigiri 0 Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 It doesn't for me. It says that my version of OSX is unsupported and to download latest release which I am already on. No continue option.
David1960 0 Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 I'm d/l 6.2.6.0 as well. Lets see if it works....
Most Valued Members planet 232 Posted July 22, 2016 Most Valued Members Posted July 22, 2016 Unfortunately, ESET doesn't usually support or release compatible versions for pre-release versions of macOS and typically releases a new or updated version alongside macOS when the stable release is made public by Apple.
ohadb2 0 Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 The last version is workes but there is some bugs. When you try to temp disable the protection the MAC has rebooted :|
shika 0 Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 I am also able to install and run ESET Cyber Security Pro v6.2.6.0 on macOS Sierra 10.12 Beta 5 but ESET's "Real-time file system protection" is disabled. When I attempt to enable this setting, Mac to crash and reboot. The setting remains disabled after the reboot. Currently I have not figured anyways to enabled "Real-time file system protection".
wyll.cavalcante 0 Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 Any news about this beta version? Im already on mac os sierra, but worried with no protection. In my case can't even install the latest version. Thanks in advance.
MylesT 0 Posted September 9, 2016 Posted September 9, 2016 MacOS Sierra GM has been released to developers. Please provide an ETA. Thank you... Myles T.

Trepliev 0 Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 New GUI installer ees_osx_cs.dmg does not work for me with Sierra. I tried to use terminal but with the same problem (sudo installer -pkg Installer.pkg -target / installer: Package name is ESET Endpoint Security installer: Upgrading at base path / installer: The upgrade failed (Instalátor narazil na chybu, která způsobila selhání instalace. Požádejte výrobce softwaru o asistenci.))
MiHyli 0 Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I did clean instal of macOS Sierra and downloaded the new CyberSecurity (released for macOS Sierra), but the installer won't run.
