novice 20
1. when I start my computer , NOD 32 will update immediately and I get a pop up about updating being successful; however , if I open the main GUI / Home , I get Last update never performed; Now , if I go to Update / and click Update now , the result is :Update is not necessary and the message in the Home will change in : Last update 1 min ago. Question: If update is performed successfully on computer boot, why this is not reflected in Home screen /Last update. 2. after a scan, if a threat is detected , the detection is buried in the log , the same color ; You have to scroll line by line to see what has been detected. Question: why the threat detection is not in RED in the log ?
Administrators Marcos 4,720 Posted June 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 25, 2016 1, Can't answer that at the moment but I have asked our devs. Personally I have noticed it. 2, Informative messages are yellow, critical messages requiring user's attention are red. When it comes to threats, information about resolved threats is considered informative while information about active or unresolved threat is considered critical. You can easily filter out informative messages using the filter.
novice 20
When it comes to threats, information about resolved threats is considered informative.... A threat discovered on an "Scan" is a serious issue (should have been detected in real time) When a threat has been discovered on my PC, resolved or not , I would like to know. Is not like I get one every day! Any info about a threat discovered/solved/unsolved should be in bold red , rather than buried among other messages like "cannot open archive".... Thanks!
