ERA Agent is not connecting to ERA

Where are the logs located?

 

Activity Monitor shows no traffic sent or received by the ERA Agent.

 

I installed the Agent locally and through ERA Deployment.

 

Mac is running 10.11.5

The ERA Agent log file can be found here: /Library/Application Support/com.eset.remoteadministrator.agent/Logs/ or /Users/%user%/Library/Logs/EraAgentInstaller.log

Have you shipped valid certificate?

Does the Mac computer see the ERA server machine?

I fixed the issue myself.

I deleted the Agent from the Application folder and I moved the com.eset.remoteadministrator.agent folder to trash. Then I restarted, emptied the trash, and reinstalled the agent.
