mfichera 2
Where are the logs located? Activity Monitor shows no traffic sent or received by the ERA Agent. I installed the Agent locally and through ERA Deployment. Mac is running 10.11.
ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted June 23, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted June 23, 2016 The ERA Agent log file can be found here: /Library/Application Support/com.eset.remoteadministrator.agent/Logs/ or /Users/%user%/Library/Logs/EraAgentInstaller.log Have you shipped valid certificate? Does the Mac computer see the ERA server machine?

ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted June 23, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted June 23, 2016 I have sent the logs for analysis to developers, will let you know, once I hear back from them.
mfichera 2
I fixed the issue myself. I deleted the Agent from the Application folder and I moved the com.eset.remoteadministrator.agent folder to trash. Then I restarted, emptied the trash, and reinstalled the agent. dwight.banks 0
Did anyone else find another solution to the ERA connecting to the console issue other than just deleting the application and folder? We are having the same issue.
