Do you use the latest version of ERA that is available on ESET's website for download? Could you post information about the installed version of ERA from the web console - About window?

Yes, here are versions :

ESET Remote Administrator (Server), version 6.3.148.0

No Windows ;) , but :

root@srv-eset-01:~/install_era# lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description:    Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS

What database type/version are you using? Installation using unsupported MariaDB results in similar state where specific database operations are silently failing rendering ERA hardly usable.
