Repository is empty, cannot create package installation

Hello,

 

From a fresh install of ERA on Ubuntu 14.04 64bits, in Server log have this :

It say that : CRepositoryModule [Thread 7f7abdffb700]: Synchronizing repository with url 'hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1/'   ==> but when I want to install an antivirus to an agent, the list is empty , I cannot select a product.

 

Can you help me ?

Do you use the latest version of ERA that is available on ESET's website for download? Could you post information about the installed version of ERA from the web console - About window?

What database type/version are you using? Installation using unsupported MariaDB results in similar state where specific database operations are silently failing rendering ERA hardly usable.
