Sent request for website whitelisting and not response for 2 weeks?

Hi,

 

sent a request to whitelist client's website after we removed malware and hardened setup, first request May 30 and second Jun 14, still no response... Followed instruction on hxxp://support.eset.com/kb141/?&page=content&id=SOLN141

 

Any suggestions?

We have replied in the other topic. The website is not blocked at the moment.
