device white list not working

Forums in general do provide the functionality of creating a support ticket and keeping track of the development.

 

Looking at the Device control log, all records have "Allowed" listed in the Status column which contradicts your statement "device white list not working at all". I'd suggest contacting your local Customer Care and providing them with logs as well as with a Process monitor log from time when the alleged issue occurs.

But See in screen shot. only one HP device is allow ans other are block

and you see in logs all device all allow....
