For the last week or so, I've slowly been getting an increasing number the following update alerts:

During execution of Update on the computer _____, the following warning occurred: Unauthorized access.

and a much smaller number of:

During execution of Update on the computer _____, the following warning occurred: Server not found.

Is this a known issue, or could there be something wrong with my setup? (It has been working fine for months)

Do you get the error "Server not found" if you attempt to update Endpoint manually? Do you have update server set to "Choose automatically" or you have a path to a custom server entered in the update setup? Do you connect through a proxy server to the Internet? Is the proxy server set up correctly? It can be configured both in the advanced update setup (it should be set to "Use global proxy server settings") and under Tools -> Proxy server. If you don't use any proxy, it must be disabled for the program to be able to connect to ESET's servers.
