ESET Smart Security Not Updating Virus Signatures to the latest

My virus signature stuck at 13544. Even though right now the Update Info show that the latest is 13548. I tried to download it manually but it said that my virus database is up to date.

Please collect logs using ESET Log Collector as per the instructions at hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3466/ and pm me the output. I'd need to check your license and ESET's configuration.

The current signature is 13548 but my program is showing 13544 and is stating "up to date" when I try to update

Hi, I have the same problem - I am running ESET Smart Security 10.1.204.0  The last Virus signature update was on 1 May 2017.

Did you upgrade from v9 or you performed a clean install of v10? If you've upgraded to v10, uninstall it and install it from scratch to make sure that a proper upgrade group is written to the registry.
