Unable to open web console.

Hi all,

 

Hi i'm not able to open ERA web console(ERA 6.3)(Web console page is not displayed). The issue seems to be appache tomcat.

Followed the different solution but didn't worked for me.

 

 

All related services running properly.

Updated the java still facing the same issue.

 

I have attached all log related appache Tomcat.

There does not seems to be any problem in trace logs.

 

Does opening tomcat root (hxxp://x.y.x.w:8080/) works? Could you check  whether port 8080 is opened for incoming connection? Please check also link hxxp://x.y.x.w:8080/era/webconsole/ whether it works. Also re-deployment of era.war may help (erasing webapps/era/ directory)
