deploye the ESET Remote Administrator Agent

i try to deploye the ESET Remote Administrator Agent  Using ERA Web Console by executing a task to send to the computers the ERA Agent and install it silently.

it does not work with them  all ,in the web console it show me that the task has been excute corectly but when i check on the computers the  ERA Agent is not intalled

If you run ERA Agent Live installer manually on that computer, will it install and start reporting to ERAS?
