ESET Insiders BDeep 7 Posted May 6, 2016 ESET Insiders Posted May 6, 2016 (edited) In preparation for the Macintosh 6.2 release, I set my ERA 6.3 server to pre-release updates then ran a task "Remote Administrator Components Upgrade". In doing so, my modules were downgraded. Changing back to regular updates and re-running the task does not upgrade. ESET Staff Solution MartinK 384 Posted May 6, 2016 ESET Staff Solution Posted May 6, 2016 (edited) Running remote administrator components upgrade replaced modules with version available in installer package as it either runs upgrade, or repairs ERA products - so this is expected behavior. Regarding current version of configuration module, version 1277.6 is rolled out these days, and there may be some download limitation applied (i.e. not all users are getting newest version at the same time). I would wait few days, and possibly check whether there are no related errors in trace.log in case it won't update. Edited May 6, 2016 by MartinK

Anything I need to do manually to upgrade or will the components upgrade themselves?

In default configuration, modules upgrade attempt will be made every 6 hours and most probably also when related configuration changes (i.e. changing regular to pre-release may force update attempt).
