ldabney67 0
I read in the KB that Eset disabled the Windows Firewall...but every PC I've installed this on still has the Windows Firewall running. I need to make some changes to autotuning on the Windows Firewall and I'm just wondering how this is affected by the Eset Firewall?
TomFace 539
Is the Win firewall (control panel) saying it's being managed by ESET? Edited May 3, 2016 by TomFace
ldabney67 0
Yes, but does this mean that the Windows firewall is completely disabled? The windows firewall is still running as a service.

Administrators Marcos 5,250 Posted May 6, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 6, 2016 It's ok that Windows firewall is running together with ESET's firewall. As toxinon12345 mentioned, you can even configure ESET's firewall to honor Windows firewall rules.
