I purchased eset in march, need to send to other devices, they are having problems.  do I just email my order page with all the info on it, or do they have to go to eset on line on their own with my sec. info?

I’m not sure what product this is for (you posted in General Discussion), but the following Knowledgebase article should help:

 

However, all the information to install on the other system is in the Order email you mentioned—just uninstall from the previous computer and you’re all set. 

 

If this is for Business products, the solution will probably be different (with regard to license administration).
