uninstall eset server

i added 2 windows server 2008 r2 domain controllers to my domain & ran them for 2 months. i then deleted the 2 very old dcs.

now i cannot log onto eset remote admin using eset authentication: user "administrator". eset remote admin will not let me use windows/domain credentials.

 

so, it looks like i am left with uninstalling eset server?

 

if that's the answer, what else do i have to remove once it's uninstalled so no leftover eset server info is laying around to corrupt my clean install?

Try this:

it will reset local ERA password and after this try to connect to ERAS
