But in in the ERA Web Console they are still member of the old OU, which doesn't exist anymore. Before renaming AD: TE-Clients TE-Clients-Firewall off After renaming AD: ITS-Clients ITS-Clients Firewall off ESET RA Web: TE-Clients TE-Clients-Firewall off ITS-Clients ITS-Clients Firewall off All Computer Objects are still in TE-Clients/TE-Clients-Firewall off. ESET Staff Gonzalo Alvarez 66 Posted April 25, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted April 25, 2016 Hi @Avi, I have no knowledge on Active Directory but I want to know... Do you rename those using ERA task or else? Whats the meaning of "OU"?
j-gray 33
IIRC, the earlier versions did not have this functionality and OU's had to be manually deleted. Newer versions (at least 6.2 and up) have the option under the configured Server Task (Static Group Synchronization): Settings > Group Extinction Handling > Remove
Administrators Marcos 4,910 Posted April 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 25, 2016 If you don't want to remove obsolete computers manually, you can use the "Delete not connecting computers" server task to delete computers that have not connected for the specified amount of time.
