Eset endpoint antivirus is not update

Hi everyone

 

i try to update our eset endpoint client

 

 

and all my attempts are faild

 

this is the  error 

 

virus signature database update ended with an error

Error downloading file from update server 

 

 

i tried to clean cache and nothing

it is happen in all stations that i instaled the least one

 

  and why in th  eset remote administrator console

Have you tried downloading fresh installation from eset.com ?

I used to have this problem with some clients when I launched installation over WiFi.

I had to remove product with uninstaller and copy installation localy.

Do the clients update from a local mirror or from ESET's servers? If the former, do you have the latest version of ERA (5.3.33) installed ? Also your Endpoints seem to be quite outdated - version 5.0.2126 was released more than 2 years ago and suffers from various bugs. Updating to the latest version 5.0.2260 via push install is strongly recommended as an upgrade client task won't work in this case.
