Replace & exclude file from scanning in smart security 8

I can not find out how to exclude a file from beingscanned in smart security 8. I can replace the file but as soon as I open the program eset quarineines a dll file. I know the program is good so how do I stop smart security 8 from quarintining some files? There is a window to do this but it is "grayed" out and you can't click on it. Thank you.

Since the option to restore and exclude from scanning is grayed out, it must be some kind of malware, riskware or adware detected. Could you please provide more details as to what kind of file is detected and under what name? Ideally post the appropriate records from your threat log.
