same issuing happening for us and some of our clients. disabling protection lets you onto the websites but of course that is undesirable.

I have the same issue. Have one PC with 13296 which ok the other PC on 13297 has the issues noted

This was a FP. To fix it, simply restart the computer to flush the url blacklist.
