SSL/TLS protocol filtering cause firefox into this

As long as SSL/TLS protocol filtering is turned on the about:addons page in firefox just loaded text, no script or image, but when I turned off SSL/TLS, created new profile, about: addons looks normal.

Does switching to pre-release updates in the advanced update setup make a difference?
