how to allow FTP connection

I was unable to establish FTP connection after installing eset.

I tried both through windows explorer and through 3rd-party software

I tried disabling eset firewall, but to no avail

Please help

Check the firewall troubleshooter and you may see it blocked with the option to unblock it. its in setup - network protection - troubleshoot wizard
