Update problem

I am installing Eset Mail security v 6, it report the error "error downloading update file download interrupted"

known that the internet is stable and the product is activated already

This error shouldn't occur during installation but during update. Can you confirm that you've installed EMSX v6 successfully but are unable to update it?

yes the installation and activation ended successfully ..consider that the server update from external mirror .. and unable to download update directly

Please create a Wireshark log from an unsuccessful update attempt. When done, compress it, upload it to a safe location and pm me the download link. What type of Internet connection does the server use? Is there a proxy or firewall between the server and the Internet?

unfortunately we can not take log for security policy ... And there is no problem regarding the firewall because version 5 clients update normally ..and proxy server setting is OK ..
