Error when adding a licence

Hello,

 

I recently create a new licence key for ESET File Security.

 

When i try to add this licence in the era 6 console i have the following error :

Do you know where this error can come from ?

I'm not seeing what you mean...

 

You are not confuse with the .Lic file of the license, the off-line file for activate terminals or else?

have you fixed the error? got the same when i want to add a license.
