Critical Error During MDM Installation

Error occurs during installation, specifically when "Creating new database".

 

I have a log I can upload, just not sure if I needed to PM that to an admin or just attach it to this post.  Please advise.

Hello, if the log doesn't contain data you would consider to be confidential (IP addresses, domain names, etc., you name it), you can paste it here.
