Eset remote administration console can not connect to server.

I have VA appliance Era server. everything work good we could say, but when i have tried install remote console and connect to server whit no succeed.

Still connection failed.

Web console works, but application  doesnt.

 

Any ideas about this issue, or any ideas about helpful log files.

Hello, native windows application (ERA console) works only with ESET Remote Administrator 5. It is not possible / supported to connect it with ERA 6. ERA 6 supports only the web interface (web-console).
