theojt 0
On 3/26/2016 my MS Outlook stopped being able to connect to its servers, completely blocking me from receiving any emails. Adobe Cloud services websites are also blocked. If I Disable the Eset firewall it all works again. I tried adding adobe.com to the exclusion list but that didn't work, and Outlook doesn't connect to a website so I'm not sure what to white-list there either. No problems were occurring prior to the update. The modules that Eset says were changed are: - Rapid Response Module 7727 (20160326) - Advanced Antispam module 3443 (20160326)

Administrators Marcos 5,259 Posted April 1, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 1, 2016 I must have overlooked that you wrote that temporarily disabling the firewall helps. In such case, open the Firewall troubleshooting wizard to get a list of recently blocked communications and click Unblock next to the desired one. Do you use automatic firewall mode and have no custom rules created?

Administrators Marcos 5,259 Posted April 1, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 1, 2016 Please supply me with the output from ESET Log Collector so that I can check what firewall rule was created to allow the communication.
theojt 0
Sent you a PM - my log files (zipped) are larger than the allowed uploads - do you have an alternative way to get them to you?
