David Hefner 0 Posted March 21, 2016 Share Posted March 21, 2016 Twice in the past week I've had to restart our exchange server due to Eset Mail Security getting stuck on part 3 of an update. I've let it sit for upwards of an hour on that screen with no luck. If the system would still process email from outside I would at least not have to restart the box, but it brings our incoming mail to a complete standstill until I restart the box. As for the issue with update, we haven't been reported any such issue yet. Does closing gui via shift+clicking X and starting it from the Start menu make a difference to rule out that it's just a kind of a graphical issue?
