Guest Morpk Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Hi All, i have installed NOD 32 for Microsoft Exchange for a client and all is working good except for what looks to be one domain so i have tried addeding it to the safe domain list under the anti-spam engin. a few days later the cleint tells me that that domain still is'nt working so i added it to the ignroed list is this ok ?. also when i bring up the anti-spam log files i can see a lot of e-mails that say retained just wanted to clarifly the meaning the manual says that there is retained quarantined and deleted, dose retained mean that nod has not sent the mail to the client and is there a way to release the mail to the client and i got the user to check there junk mail and infected items and noting is there ? Yes this should be fine and if it is ESET blocking these emails it should correct the issue. As to your second question "Retained" means it is not discarded. In other words the email in question was sent on and Exchange handled it from that point on. It was not marked as spam. morpk 0 Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Hi Thanks for the response when I add the email in the allowed list is there a way to add the hole domain to the allowed list or do I need to add individual emails e.g can I add @domain.com and have it unblock the whole domain
clyde 1 Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Just add domain.com to the allowed list, and that will whitelist all email addresses from that domain.
