The safer way to install Windows-Updates

Eset often shows me a lack of system-updates, which Windows 10 itself does not offer. Is it a harmless way to install the system-.updates via Eset or should I better use the Windows-update-funktion?

ESET merely visualizes information about available updates that the operating system provides. You may need to visit the website of particular vendors to download the appropriate updates.

You can't update via ESET, the software only show available updates by using information provided by the OS itself, but it's up to you to decide whether you want to download the updates in question or not.
