Can't send Tasks to Connected and Activated iPhone6 through ERA

Hi,

 

i just set up my MDM and its working finde with Android. I also can Add iOS Devices (for example Iphone6) i was able to send activation task and it was successfull. but if i now try to send it a Message with a Task. It fails with Error:  "Failed"

 

GPS Location Task isnt working too.

 

I have no idea why. Can you help me out? Already restartet the device...

 

And for understanding: There isnt any Endpoint Security Software for Apple Smartphones right? I only can "if its working" send messages, gps, and restrict some features?

Hello,

For iOS Devices, only policy configuration, lock, unlock and wipe tasks are available (in version 6.3 the wipe has to be carried out by enhanced factory reset task despite the icon showing otherwise).

And there is no security app for iOS devices.

What we have in the works is support for apple "Device Enrollment Program", and we are working to improve the usability, by redesigning the device enrollment process. However, there are no clear plans for iOS app development, or any drastic extensions of functionality.
