Era Agent Installer - error 1603

Hello...

 

 

When trying to install eraagentinstaller.bat on some of my clients, it ends with error 1603.

While examining the logfile, the only error I can find is the following line:

"CustomAction CA_DBInsertCertAuthFIle returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)"

This occurs on some 10 clients out of about 400.

 

Anyone got some ideas/suggestions?
